PRESIDENT: LINDSEY ROSS
Professionally I am a district manager for ADP. I help small businesses in the Bowling Green area with payroll, tax-filing, and benefits. Personally, I am a single mom of two beautiful girls, and I spend my free time at softball games and cheerleading competitions. On the weekends we enjoy being outside on the water, camping, or hiking! I am very excited to begin serving as your program chair because I personally think having a supportive community of women can be a game changer for all of us. I wouldn’t be where I am in my life without all of the wonderful women in my that I surround myself with and being part of the Bowling Green Business Women Board of Directors is a chance to grow our circle of women!

I am excited to be involved with this amazing group of inspiring business women. I have a long history of connecting people and building professional relationships. My passion has always been helping people become their very best in their careers and health and wellness journeys. I recently retired from the BG area Chamber of Commerce as their Director of Partnership Development, recruiting and retaining memberships are right in my wheelhouse! This past year I've gotten back to my first passion of personal training and nutrition coaching at Executive Fitness Club. I love to travel, hike, go on big adventures with my family and being a GamGam! I look forward to seeing the growth to come this year for this amazing group and am honored to serve as your Membership Committee Chair.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHAIR: TAYLOR GOODALL
I am the Community Marketing Liaison at Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital. My mission is to help our community get connected with the healthcare resources they need. Whether it is inpatient or outpatient rehab at SKY Rehab, joining one of the support groups we host, or get them connected with some of our community partners. I am here as a resource, and most importantly a friend!
I believe that I will excel as our Professional Development chair. I am a SKYCTC and Western Kentucky graduate. Over the years I have grown so much in my professional and personal life. I want to help others do the same.
At 26, I’m the woman my 15-year-old self would’ve loved to be in the company of. The same woman my 20-year-old self felt intimated by. And the very woman my 23-year-old self nearly gave up on, thinking she was too farfetched to reach. I believe in this position I will be able to grow as an individual and assist others to grow in not only their professional life, but their personal life as well.
SOCIAL MEDIA CHAIR: ELLEN MURREY-LOCKHART
I am a Minister of Worship at Broadway United Methodist Church (which is the most loving, welcoming church full of the most amazing people--come check us out!). I am also co-owner of PitStop Mobile Oil Change and owner of Enchanted Excursions By Ellen (Travel Advisor with Disney Speciality). I'm a Disney maniac! In my "spare time" I am a wife to my amazing husband Chris and mom to my two kids.
I absolutely LOVE being part of BGBW. I have made incredible friends, and I am grateful for the chance to help promote and connect other "boss babes!"
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE CHAIR: MARIAH NIKOLLE MOSS
Mariah Nikolle Moss is a dedicated professional with over ten years of experience in customer service, three years in managerial roles, and five years in the design field. She is a proud graduate of The University of Alabama and currently works as an interior designer at Creative Interiors Design Center. Nikolle is passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that reflect her clients' personalities and lifestyles. She provides full-service design solutions and believes in the power of design to positively influence people's living experiences.
Nikolle brings a unique combination of leadership experience, creativity, and work ethic to everything she does. She is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment and constantly seeks out new ways to create meaningful change. Nikolle is excited about the opportunity to be a part of the BGBW board and contribute her skills, experiences, and passion to the community of amazing businesswomen!
SECRETARY: RAEANNE BROWN
I started my career as a music educator in Kentucky Public Schools for 10 years. In 2022, the opportunity to serve as Office and Business manager for my husband’s new law practice out of Glasgow, KY allowed me to leave the teaching profession and start my journey as a Business owner. I am loving spending more time with my daughters, Winnie, 5 and Patsy, 3, being part of the BG Business Women, and being a member of the Board of Directors for the Far Off Broadway Players. I am passionate about developing opportunities and programs in the arts for youth and young adults in the region. I am a WKU Grad and a Cincinnati Bearcat. Opening the Law Office of Bruce Brown, PSC has been the greatest unforeseen development in my story, and I am excited to be part of the BG Business Women Community!
