VICE PRESIDENT: LEANN MORRIS

Being the BGBW Vice President is so fitting due to my career years serving as a CEO, Project Manager, Project Logistics Coordinator and Business Development Executive and Coach. All of these positions that I have successfully held had a few things in common. However, the two common things that stand out to me is “find the need and deliver it seamlessly.” Although delivering it wasn’t always done seamlessly, I knew what it took to execute the task at hand.

My personality and character is created for the Vice President Chair position. It is an honor to hold the responsibility of continuation of further development, success, empowerment and learning implementation of Bowling Green Business Women.

I have years of displaying outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions, understanding delegation and rolling out new programs appropriately and effectively. I will operate in an atmosphere that fosters positivity, diversity, growth and achievement. And it will be my goal that every meeting will be fulfilling and worth the investment of every member.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHAIR: TAYLOR GOODALL

I am the community engagement director at the Bungalows at Bowling Green. My mission is to help seniors and their families in the confusing and stressful process of moving into senior living. My goal is to show them that senior living is not a bad thing, we are here to give them the assistance they need to live as long of an active and independent lifestyle as possible. I am here as a resource, a friend, and most importantly an adopted family member. I believe that I will excel as our Professional Development chair. I am a SKYCTC and Western Kentucky graduate. Over the years I have grown so much in my professional and personal life. I want to help others do the same. At 25, I’m the woman my 15-year-old self would’ve loved to be in the company of. The same woman my 20-year-old self felt intimated by. And the very woman my 23-year-old self nearly gave up on, thinking she was too farfetched to reach. I believe in this position I will be able to grow as an individual, as well as assisting others to grow in not only their professional life, but their personal as well.

PROGRAM CHAIR: LINDSEY ROSS

Professionally I am a district manager for ADP. I help small businesses in the Bowling Green area with payroll, tax-filing, and benefits. Personally, I am a single mom of two beautiful girls, and I spend my free time at softball games and cheerleading competitions. On the weekends we enjoy being outside on the water, camping, or hiking! I am very excited to begin serving as your program chair because I personally think having a supportive community of women can be a game changer for all of us. I wouldn’t be where I am in my life without all of the wonderful women in my that I surround myself with and being part of the Bowling Green Business Women Board of Directors is a chance to grow our circle of women!

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIR: JENNIFER HOLLOMAN

With my deep-rooted passion for fostering connections and empowering women, I believe I am the perfect fit to lead the charge in creating an inclusive environment where we can thrive, network, and share our experiences. Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to be a part of various initiatives and events aimed at empowering women in their careers. These experiences have given me invaluable insights into the unique challenges we face, and I am committed to addressing them head-on. My time serving on the membership committee has provided me with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be successful as your Membership Chair. I have been involved in the development of growth groups, membership orientation, and the newly revamped membership roster.

I promise to work tirelessly to ensure that our community remains a vital resource for women in the business world. Together, we will grow, support, and inspire one another to reach new heights in our professional journeys.

SOCIAL MEDIA CHAIR: ELLEN MURREY-LOCKHART

I am a Minister of Worship at Broadway United Methodist Church (which is the most loving, welcoming church full of the most amazing people--come check us out!). I am also co-owner of PitStop Mobile Oil Change and owner of Enchanted Excursions By Ellen (Travel Advisor with Disney Speciality) and Edge of Elevation Branding & Design. In my "spare time" I am a wife to my amazing husband Chris and mom to my two foster (soon-to-be-adopted) kids. I'm also a Disney maniac!

I absolutely LOVE being part of BGBW. I have made incredible friends, and I am grateful for the many chances to help promote and connect other "boss babes!"
